Data Deletion Instructions

How to request deletion

Send an email to privacy@tycoontracking.com with the subject line "Data deletion request" and enough detail for us to find the records — for example the order or receipt number, the email address used for a purchase, or the date and approximate time of a website visit. We confirm receipt and complete verified requests within 30 days.

What we delete

• Click measurement records associated with you (click identifier, click id from the advertising platform, IP address, user agent).
• Buyer details contained in merchant notifications we hold about your purchase.

We may keep the minimum financial record of a transaction — amount, date and order identifier, without buyer details — where accounting or tax law requires it. Both categories are also deleted automatically once the retention periods in our Privacy Policy expire.

Meta users

This application does not use Facebook Login and does not store Meta user profiles, so there is no account here to delete. It reads advertising performance metrics only, for advertising accounts whose owners granted access. If you are a business that granted us access to an ad account and want it revoked, remove the partner assignment in Meta Business Settings → Accounts → Ad accounts; our access ends immediately, and you can email us to have the stored metrics for that account deleted as well.
